Lunes: Piernas y glúteos
Durante el primer día de la semana nos centramos en trabajar piernas y glúteos. Elige al menos 5 de los siguientes ejercicios:

Sentadillas
Estocada con mancuernas
Extensión de piernas en máquina
Flexión de piernas en máquina
Empuje de cadera con barra
Press de piernas
Elevación de talones
Al finalizar los ejercicios de fuera, añade al menos 15 minutos de ejercicio cardiovascular con intervalos de alta intensidad en máquina.

Martes – Espalda y brazos
Para descansar el tren inferior, el martes nos centraremos en trabajar espalda y brazos. Elige al menos 5 de los siguientes ejercicios:

Pull Down (jalón al pecho)
Remo con mancuernas a un brazo
Remo en máquina de poleas
Curl de bíceps con mancuernas
Curl de bíceps con barra o con polea
Extensión de tríceps por encima de la cabeza con mancuerna
Patada de tríceps con mancuerna
Push Down con polea (extensión de tríceps)
Al finalizar las series incluir al menos 30 minutos de ejercicio cardiovascular moderado de bajo impacto.
